The enquiry form prepares a message in your email or WhatsApp app. You review and send it there. This website does not submit or store those enquiry-form fields in its database. Casa Palma uses the information you send to respond to your request and arrange your stay.

Website hosting

Technical request information may be processed by the website hosting services to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose errors. We do not collect card details through the enquiry form.

Online bookings and payments

The booking form is provided by Sirvoy. Search and reservation information entered there is processed by Sirvoy for Casa Palma. When online bookings are open, guest payments are handled through PayPal. This website does not store payment-card details.

When you follow links to WhatsApp, map services or a booking platform, their privacy policies apply to your use of those services. Your email provider also handles messages you send by email.
