Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. A 9% Belize accommodation tax is added to the room rate. Payment percentages apply to the total booking price, including this tax.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking.

Casa Palma will confirm the accepted payment method and provide payment instructions.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking price:

• 60 days or more before arrival: no cancellation charge; all payments are refunded.
• 30–59 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking price. Any payment above this amount is refunded.
• Fewer than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking price; no refund.

Submit cancellations in writing to Casa Palma. No refunds are given for no-shows or unused nights after early departure.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m., Belize time. Your reservation confirmation will include directions and check-in arrangements.

Your suite and house rules

Each suite accommodates up to two guests. Contact Casa Palma before reserving about access requirements, the pet policy or other arrangements relevant to your stay.

Existing and platform bookings

Existing reservations retain their originally agreed terms. Reservations made through another booking platform follow the terms accepted on that platform.
